To submit a
PSA, complete each of the following steps. You must register online through the Register page or the Contestant page. You must complete registration before you begin the upload process, since your contest registration will not be considered complete without it. All
PSAs can be uploaded digitally and release forms submitted electronically.
Each entrant must complete
Registration form and a
Certification and Release form on-line. A
Personal Release form must be filled out by all actors/models and uploaded with your submission. For group entries, each group member must fill out a separate
Registration Form as well as a
Certification & Release form. Forms may also be found in the "Contestant" section of the site.
Once you have finished the submission process, you should receive an email within 24 hours confirming your registration. If you do not, please contact the
